      Avantages

      Good work life balance with an unbelievable amount of training which is ongoing. Opportunities to specialise in some areas and for promotion. Friendly, family culture that promotes just that to the young people. Dedicated teams that put the young people first in all they do.

      Inconvénients

      Houses can feel far apart in distance however lots of activities done to bring everyone together.

      Good working pattern with 2 days on 4 days off

      Inconvénients

      Not enough support for staff Not enough practical training or guidance before starting I often felt left in dangerous situation with litte to sometimes zero support.

      They do offer flexible hours

      Inconvénients

      Dreadful place to work - management don't care about the staff or the kids. You'll leave broken, physically or mentally, and so do the children
