      Zero, nothing positive about the company.

      Inconvénients

      The company has a lot of issues with management and micromanagement that make a lot of staff feel mentally exhausted. Team leads at the company are completely pointless and pay is low. Philadelphia residency is required.

      Avantages

      I love working at CBH. It allows you to see the work from a different angle. It is more so macro social work, and working within multiple systems. It is a great opportunity to grow your skill base and connect with various institutions within the Philadelphia area.

      Inconvénients

      Hybrid work schedule. I was hired when we worked exclusively remote.
