Strong relationship and trust foundation. Open and honest communication. Small but constantly growing and finding innovative ways to better themselves. Genuine and care employees from the top down. Group homes are extremely well maintained and some of the nicest properties I’ve worked in. Work life balance is a priority .

Being small can be challenging when competing with other large agencies . Marketing the mission and all the good accomplish should be displayed more for the community to be more aware.

Decent benefits, nice working with that population but did not enjoy the office environment. Very tense, and unfriendly.

Horrible HORRIBLE "management." My supervisor was the reason I left. By far the worst manager I've ever had. I went to HR on multiple occasions and nothing changed. Turnover rate is so high because they treat employees poorly. It's a shame.
