      Good work-life balance, timely appraisal and incentives, social office culture, etc.

      Inconvénients

      None in my opinion, but if I had to volunteer, I would advise the management to do the pay parity across the whole organization.

      Great technology Partners are very happy Customers like the product and working with the company

      Inconvénients

      All decisions are made by the CEO / owner. There is little to no autonomy. Though the company has been around for awhile, it's still a start-up type of environment.
