      Avantages

      few and far between.. small team and work life balance wasn't too bad. some of the technical developers were very proficient and good guys.

      Inconvénients

      Bit of a farse.. no investment, a desire to do everything on the cheap or free. poor customer support. Poor pay cycles. .( wait 4 months for any commission?) Managed from a distance with no concept of how poor they are compared to any other technology vendor on the planet. I could go on and on.

      Avantages

      Great technology Partners are very happy Customers like the product and working with the company

      Inconvénients

      All decisions are made by the CEO / owner. There is little to no autonomy. Though the company has been around for awhile, it's still a start-up type of environment.
