Avantages
Very large customer base, so lots of opportunities to move around Decent benefits package, including 15 days PTO to start They leave competent consultants alone, allow us to get on with the job
Inconvénients
15 days PTO isn't the best... it should be 20 and increase annually. I have never had any company communication - newsletters or otherwise, and opportunities don't get communicated.
