      Avantages

      Good for those new (i.e. Recent Grads) to the IT world to gain hands on experience in this industry then move on to bigger and better things.

      Inconvénients

      Dont apply expecting to get a raise from your current position. If they ask you what you are making now, they will offer you less.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
