      It is a good place to learn

      Inconvénients

      1. No raises in 10 years 2. Management is very lacking 3. Management does not care about you because you are a number 4. Lack of growth 5. there is a glass ceiling 6. They lie to you 7. Management says get certified and they will compensate but never do hence the lie 8. Compensation is appalling 9. Work environment not ethical 10. One manager once said the grass is not always greener on the other side after being lied to and bullied

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
