      Avantages

      Great support and structure. Great for entry level IT support/engineers to get experience in the IT field. Jobs can cover a broad IT overlook such as networking, hardware troubleshooting and replace, printer support and more.

      Inconvénients

      Pay isn't great, jobs can be sporadic depending on the contracts they have at the time. Job security is not that good.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
