      Avantages

      If you are at the right place at the right time working onsite at a contracted client location, there's plenty to learn and the client is generally appreciative of your work.

      Inconvénients

      Although the client appreciates your team's work, CompuCom does not. At least that is what it seems where most of the Onsite team members have not had a raise for 5+ years.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
