Avantages
The work itself is not bad at all. There are many accounts to learn, and although it’s not in depth IT work, you can learn quite a bit while on the job. I’ve met some great people working at CompuCom.
Inconvénients
Egos, egos, egos. An EXREMELY toxic work environment due to probably less than 5% of the total employees. First shift runs the world, everyone else gets dumped on. Nobody takes any accountability, it’s all about the blame game and pointing fingers while the client suffers. I’ve done well at CompuCom over my 10 plus years, but I’ve realized it’s time to move on. Unfortunately, the socially inept employees get catered to, while others have to manage to not resort to going overboard on them. I would relate it to a middle school atmosphere with non physical bullying.
