And the woman who runs Canada is one of the brightest lights in this company (not to mention one of two female executive leaders - no girl power here).

Let' start with the bullying management mentality that the former CEO fostered. He's gone, but his many followers unfortunately remain. The chief product and marketing officer - run, don't walk. He's had so many people quit in the last year that we've stopped counting. Treats people terribly plus never packaged a successful product in his career and has zero marketing knowledge. Some other points for you to ponder -- limited to zero raises, bonuses and growth opportunities. If you're completely hard up and struggling to pay the rent, take the job until you can find something worthy of you.
