      Avantages

      Many people keep on leaving this company so just need to stick to the company If u can !!

      Inconvénients

      Its more like a call center then the Networking company. Issue in mgmt, so all the good project is going to the US based Branch and all Help desk like work is coming to pune. Works more like a call center and have lots and lot of night shift.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
