      Avantages

      Many different clients so exposure to different environments. More or less you get to schedule your calls excluding urgent calls. Purchased by Office Depot which is streamlining dispatch process.

      Inconvénients

      Not as balanced with work and life. Raises given to top performers( do not expect if in a busy area.)

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
