Maybe a good place to gain initial experience for the IT services marketplace.
Inconvénients
Ever increasing workload with no raises and no bonuses as promised. Management treats employees poorly and just expect more and more while giving nothing in return.

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
