      Avantages

      The core management knows what they don't know, and is willing to ask to acquire that knowledge. This makes it a general delight to work with them.

      Inconvénients

      Merit increases are often three (or more!) years apart, and are typically sub-3%. This is simply unacceptable in the IT field.

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
