      Avantages

      Work from home. Flexible schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible health insurance. Lay-offs nearly every other month. Fear when invited to a company-wide meeting or team meeting (Mass lay-off indicator). Little to no vacation time. I mean, you do SLOWLY get a vacation, but it's difficult to take. No pay raises. Lack of project focus and innovation. Felt like I was working for a company in 1998.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
