      Nothing bad ..only if your Project gets ramp down you have less choice to move to other projects..

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
