      Great co-workers, most of local management is good and fair.

      Salaries and benefits scaled back. Minimal or no increases for many years.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
