      Avantages

      Fairly decent salary with OT possibilities. Never met management therefore no micromanaging. Create your own schedule field work. Good way to get into IT business

      Inconvénients

      Contract based work, if your contract ends and they can't find another one, you're out the door. All about profits not employees.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
