      Work environment, benefits, availability and quality of SMEs for proposal writing assigments on complex bids, and highly collegial, non-hierarchical management style and structure

      Inconvénients

      Lack of marketing, over emphasis on farming current clients, too little investment in the security side of the business and no client focused innovation center

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
