      Avantages

      Flexibility when it come to your schedule and you'll never have to see management, a big plus. The company is not big in micromanage.

      Inconvénients

      Training is not good at all. You'll be thrown out there to work and expected you know everything about the equipment you are working on.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
