      There is no Pros.Never suggest any one also It is not IT company

      Inconvénients

      They not follow there commitment regarding 1.Loyalty Bonus 2.Deducted Amount 3.Weekly policy are changing in always against the employee 4.They forcefully not realise employees on the basis of loyalty bonus or experience letter basis

      Boss is an idiot with no knowledge. Anyone reading this please dont join this company. Unemployment is better then joining this company

      Avantages

      Only good thing is you get sunday off

      Inconvénients

      Its not a IT company it is a boarding school for adults. Too much workload,no leaves, in appraisal you get peanuts, you can't leave before 2years if you join else they will not give you reliving letter..if you abscond then they will send you legal notice. Full of dirty politics and discrimination to this extend that you can't even think.
