      Avantages

      Die Kultur. Nachdem man auch in anderen Unternehmen gearbeitet hat, lernt man die Firmenkultur wirklich zu schätzen. Es wird einem immer geholfen, man darf und soll Fragen stellen und man findet immer ein offenes Ohr. Wer sich weiterentwickeln will, kann das machen, solange Initiative gezeigt wird.

      Die Benefits könnten ein wenig besser sein.

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Inconvénients

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Potential growth is solid. Culture is decent. Hybrid office requirements. Good resources.

      Inconvénients

      Like most large companies there are a lot of internal politics involved.
