      1. Gives opportunity to freshers from public platforms (example: bdjobs). 2. Full stack system design and development opportunity. 3. Work directly with Big corporate clients. 4. Salary is given always on time. 5. Friendly and transparent work environment.

      Inconvénients

      1. High work pressure most of the time. 2. Project deadlines are not discussed with team members. 3. Works mostly on old technologies. Very slow to adapt new technology. 4. Work is not reviewed and they are manually tested. 5. Trainings session happens very rarely. 6. Have to work extra hours regularly. Poor work life balance.

      Best for beginner's, Legacy code base. Basics will be clear. Nice friendly environment, flexibility of home work and salary on first day of the months.
