Employees there, with few exceptions, were very nice and helpful.
Inconvénients
I have found that upper management does not care about employees. They are cold and aloof while spreading that CA&L is "like a family". Unfortunately after working close with HR and the CEO I have found CA&L to be an unethical employer. The space there is also extremely hard to work in. Many offices and desks are shared. There are about 100 employees and there are 2 tables which seat 8 total in the break room. The break room also shares a scrum table which was frequently used. Please do yourself a favor and work in KC.?
