Avantages
- There are a handful of great people that work there. - The company does interesting and meaningful work.
Inconvénients
- Benefits are overly expensive and subpar. - Communication is non-existent. - The company finds any and every reason not to give raises or promotions. - The company recently forced all employees to burn through their PTO (while employees still had to work to get their jobs done) under the explanation of “saving costs,” "avoiding layoffs," and “making the balance sheet look better.” This continued for over four months, causing a significant number of employees to end up with substantial negative leave balances. - There is an active and well-known culture of lying and throwing anyone and everyone under the bus in order to not make yourself look bad. - People that need to be held accountable are not and others are made to be scape goats. - The company operated under a culture of "everything is an emergency." That solicits over reactions and must be dealt with immediately, causing stress and constant errors and re-work. - The pace and making everything a competing priority, is completely unsustainable.
