Not many. You get paid. Easy going work when there is no meeting

Inconvénients

Unrealistic expectations, more and more tasks you need to do that don't make sense. Pressure from the management

Avantages

Very understanding of circumstances and training is good because it teaches what needs to be taught for trainees to do their job well.

Inconvénients

Incentive bonus may be a bit hard to get but other than that nothing can be seen as a con.
