      Avantages

      If you want fast paced, feet on the ground experience in conferences and events, then this is the place. The experience you will gain is amazing, but you will work hard to earn it. You learn so much and it will stand to you later in your career.

      Inconvénients

      The most stressful job! A high pressure environment, many staff burnt out. High turnover of junior staff. Salary not great and no company benefits.

      Met some lovely people I have to write 20 words but I really don't have any more pros for this company

      Inconvénients

      Worst company ever worked for. No appreciation for your work. No training Manager communication is awful. Bully tactics used a lot

      Avantages

      It’s a great company to get exposure to the industry and you are given responsibility and trusted to do your job. There has been a dramatic improvement in the overall culture and there’s a great team here and we get to work on some great conferences at home and abroad.

      Inconvénients

      It can be busy but that’s the nature of the industry.
