Avantages

Get to work with a great delivery team that is well versed in Salesforce. No Micromanagement, so as long as you're a self starter you can succeed. Overall a good work atmosphere until you get down to the details and the chaos pokes through.

Inconvénients

Expected to wear too many hats because the company is constantly short staffed. People that should be leading are stuck in the weeds doing all the work because the company doesn't know how to scale or can't establish budget to do so. Lacks a well defined delivery process that ends up costing employee time and company money. However, this area is being improved upon, so in 6-12 months this may be better. NO 401K contribution. Has a bonus plan but you'll fail to actually receive it more often than not, or it will be delayed, so don't count on it. No professional development support or support with your career other than reimbursing for Certifications. If you can teach yourself to do something, this is the best place for that. Owner of the company is your friend, until he's not.
