      Avantages

      Conifer Health Solutions has great staff line employees, benefits and pay is comparable. Leadership for the staff line employee is excellent and they really care about their employees and driving the company to results, while maintaining the integrity of the employee.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on the department you work in will depend on the type of leadership you have. Those in Executive Leadership roles no longer demonstrate any loyalty to staff who have shown loyalty to the company. This was not always the case, but with recent changes in the company, the philosophy has changed and not for the better.

      Avantages

      Nice team members, current department is not micro managed. Interview was straightforward. HR is very responsive. Can move within company pretty easily and quickly. Remote work is great.

      Inconvénients

      Crappy pay. They don’t want to pay what people are worth. They don’t want to pay for experience. Raises even for being a top team member isn’t enough to cover insurance increase. For being healthcare their insurance is very expensive and not great! You get the same “reward” for showing up everyday as the person who is never there.
