      Avantages

      - Flexibility: Connecting Software made it possible for me to finish my Computer Engineering College Degree, while acquiring working experience at IT area. They were always super flexible about my working hours, and I will be forever grateful for that; - Awesome new office at Madeira Island, it is motivational to work there; - Great team spirit, they even do team building activities which is actually an awesome pro for any company to have; - Nice integration products, well thought and built overall; - It is an International Company, and you can feel that environment;

      Inconvénients

      - Salary was not very good, even after finishing my college degree I didn't get any raise proposal; - Payment days were always uncertain when I worked there, at least for me that was hired as a Service Provider; - Micromanagement was an issue too sometimes;

We take pride in the products we develop and appreciate your feedback about the flexibility that was offered to you while you were studying. Our new office makes living and working in Madeira even nicer as well. The inconsistency of payment days were indeed an issue we had in the past (our apologies for that!), but have since been resolved after revamping our management and finance teams. As a word of advice, one should never expect a raise after getting a degree.       Avantages

      Very good Experience I was welcomed so well, everyone is so nice! I've had a few bad experiences in the past with other internships, and I can safely say that Connecting Software was a true breath of fresh air! There's schedule flexibility; you choose when you get in and when you leave. The new office is very well equipped and in a nice location where it's easy to get to with public transportation, even if you don't live in Funchal. I enjoyed how flexible the people were, as I was able to have more freedom in choosing what I wanted to pursue! Overall, I have enjoyed it so much! Even if it's challenging sometimes, I always feel motivated to do my tasks! It's very nice to see a Company this well adjusted give opportunities to the younger generation, sadly, it's not very common in Portugal.

      Inconvénients

      So far, my experience has been very positive. I just noticed that there's not a lot of flexibility for remote work/ work from home unless you have a good reason, which is completely fair and not an issue for me in the near future
