There are too many cons to list! The owners are very manipulating and controlling. They trust no one not even each other. There are cameras over every section of the building (except the restrooms because that would be illegal). Even though you are a salaried employee, they make you punch a time clock and will only pay you for the hours you work. This is illegal for a salaried employee. It is blatantly obvious that the owners treat their Production employees like 2nd class citizens.
