Avantages

Flexible hours, discounts on service

Inconvénients

This is one of the worst TPR company’s for tmobile to work for when it comes to making money. It’s all based off of a ranker system, which I know is normal for sales jobs, but if you fall below the average, the company will take up to 20% of your commission payout from you. They talk about selling and doing it the right way, but their actions mean otherwise. They expect you to push and push for new activations, even at the expense of customer. And find ways to hide other services or activations into the customers bill. And when there is a high deactivation rate, you are the one to blame. Also their activation goals are so insanely high to the point where it can become impossible to actually make any money. Avoid this company at all costs. There are way better sales jobs out there for sure.

Avantages

The people are awesome and the T-Mobile service discounts are great. When I started the company was great and it felt like they genuinely care about their employees.

Inconvénients

The execs would rather line their pockets or boost the company bank account. There is way too many ways for them to take commission away from the people that make them money. The nickle and dime everything away if you or your store doesn't meet certain goals, a lot of them are unreasonable. They want the sales people to sometimes border on fraud or outright commit it to meet these goals. Its not about putting the customer first, its about the bottom line and making them money that they can just take away from you for not hitting certain metrics.
