- Relies on a buddy system to get hired which reflects in the individuals they have working there. - Extremely disorganized, general lack of direction in terms of work scopes and priorities. - Entire management team is either an operator or has a 2 year tech degree which is reflective in the general lack of technical knowledge and logical thinking. - Conoco is basically like flipping burgers - need the job to collect money but other then that don't bet on building a career here.
