      Avantages

      Consensus was formerly J2 Global. This company like J2 Global needs to be avoided. The pay foreigners less than Irish for doing same jobs. They have management who have favorites and don't put the values of the company first. They treat people unfairly and their managers are directors especially in Ireland are not experienced enough look after and take care staff.

      Poor wage salaries, poor management, no loyalty to their staffs

      Avantages

      Positive recent changes. Remote work. Expanding footprint. Excellent cash flow. Friendly professional colleagues

      Inconvénients

      Legacy systems make some dev overly complicated. Newer products much better. Very strong sales team.

      Avantages

      Unfortunately not one outside of good teammates but that excludes manager

      Inconvénients

      Where shall I start? Zero direction, zero strategy, zero resources, zero collaboration with other departments, zero respect for time when it comes to manager scheduling meetings (always late and running over meetings), zero professionalism from manager (if calls were recorded, HR would definitely intervene)
