      Avantages

      Friendly workplace with a lot of very nice people. Management really supports and help certain people grow and develop in existing or new roles

      Inconvénients

      Very chaotic in handling projects. Everything at once kind of approach. One hand doesn't always know what the other is doing. Many times new projects are started, then stopped. And then someone at another place starts the same project 1 year later. A big turnover on senior management.

      In the main, friendly and helpful people to work with, and management had an open door policy.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the people and upper management were very unwilling to look at problems or change the processes.
