Highly versatile team across all offices. Collaboration across all teams is present and everyone works together. Nice and friendly colleagues who support you.

      Inconvénients

      Always changing environment. You need to be able to adapt and willing to learn new things and expand your horizon.

      Working with absolutely brilliant engineers doing things some businesses think are impossible; fully remote by default and minimal travel; high levels of autonomy throughout the business

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership is not strong; when the going got tough, the culture of openness and trust was eroded pretty quickly; nepotism.

      Company tried to go bigger and failed. After 3 rounds of layoffs it's difficult to feel safe.
