Avantages

The people are great and they tend to promote from within. The people here have been here for 15+ years which isn’t that common.

Inconvénients

Salary is required to work 45 hours not including lunch. Makes the days feel really long.

All the team members are great to work with. True family oriented culture. Very helpful with questions and take pride in what they do.

team is growing and don't know everyone in all locations. Provide more networking
