      Avantages

      The benefits for full-time employees are good, and employees seem to have good work life balance compared to other financial institutions.

      Inconvénients

      The place is run more like a family office and it seemed like people had their own agendas - teams didn't work very well together. From what others said and what I observed, there are political dynamics at play. Lack of professionalism is an issue here, and the culture is lacking as well.

      Avantages

      The lack of a clear strategy creates opportunities for young people or new arrivals to lead new initiatives, sometimes with considerable responsibility and autonomy, if they get the buy-in of senior people. For corporate functions, the company compensates reasonably well and seems to provide a fine quality of life.

      Inconvénients

      The lack of a strategy creates inertia in decision-making, some in-fighting among leadership and a difficult morale situation for professionals.
