      Close-knit company, cares about its employees. Good work-life balance. Excellent benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of talking behind backs, and juvenile face-making. Really people? We are all adults. Stop acting like 5th graders.

      Avantages

      The lack of a clear strategy creates opportunities for young people or new arrivals to lead new initiatives, sometimes with considerable responsibility and autonomy, if they get the buy-in of senior people. For corporate functions, the company compensates reasonably well and seems to provide a fine quality of life.

      Inconvénients

      The lack of a strategy creates inertia in decision-making, some in-fighting among leadership and a difficult morale situation for professionals.
