      Avantages

      Traditional company treated employees well. Loyalty was expected and returned. Stable, generous benefits.

      Inconvénients

      When original owner passed away, company dynamics slowly changed. Not the same and it is a natural progression. Largely white male dominated. Not a lot of room for advancement.

      Avantages

      Pays well and typically a yearly bonus. Typical holiday of. Its a solid company and seems to have long range plans. Benefits are okay. Steve Watson is a great president.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for advancement or growth at the company. I think alotta of depends on which department you are hired or your job duties.
