      Responsibility, certain people in the office are GREAT to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Too many politics going on. They don't see REAL potential in people. Only what is in it for THEM.

      Avantages

      Traditional company treated employees well. Loyalty was expected and returned. Stable, generous benefits.

      Inconvénients

      When original owner passed away, company dynamics slowly changed. Not the same and it is a natural progression. Largely white male dominated. Not a lot of room for advancement.
