      Avantages

      Everyone is very nice, and everyone has a long tenure there. They have a pension and other benefits. Lots of "lifers" there because of that.

      Inconvénients

      Too conservative, but they were making changes to loosen up.

      Avantages

      Traditional company treated employees well. Loyalty was expected and returned. Stable, generous benefits.

      Inconvénients

      When original owner passed away, company dynamics slowly changed. Not the same and it is a natural progression. Largely white male dominated. Not a lot of room for advancement.
