It is run like a a true business but at the same time employee values and satisfaction are not discounted to live that goal. They have been able to built cutting edge tech and have the advantage of being one of the only few companies providing the services they do. Fast paced and a tons of learning is what you should expect, right from the day you leave the training room, yes training's are taken seriously and you are let to course correct on the job as much.
Inconvénients
If you are looking for a fancy schmancy place to work, you may have to wait a few months before they get there. But its on works. If you are up not up for a challenge, you may not like the place.
