1) The entire business model Convertize employs - of using interns who charge out cheaply as 70% of their workforce - will soon become redundant because of Brexit (no more cheap EU national students!)
2) There is a huge difference in the treatment of employees who have been at the company several years, and those hired in the last 1-2 years: Newer employees are not trusted as readily and are given less freedom both in their work, responsibilities and in their approach/style.
3) HR stick their nose into the day-to-day work of the average employee way to much - instead of giving their line manager the freedom to decide their working style and goals/objectives, and as a line manager with direct reports your ability to manage your team is impaired.
