      Avantages

      People are good overall and strongly aligned with Mission, Vision and Value of the company

      Inconvénients

      Currently not successful on their own business, people tends to prioritize already existed users and don't have appropriate strategy for getting new users/business opportunities

      Avantages

      Lively company with nice offices in the heart of Bristol. Cookpad has a fun mission and some good people.

      Inconvénients

      I worked there for a short time and decided to move on to a place with a more egalitarian culture and less chaos. Some of the senior staff are unbearably bullish.

      Avantages

      Great people to work with - both colleagues & bosses

      Inconvénients

      Independent contractors don't enjoy as much perks as permanent staff. No adequate compensation / severance package when retrenched, which sucks big time.
