      Avantages

      - They will match you with a great client. Stable and long term role. - You'll learn a lot. If you're the type who enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking, and fast-paced environment, this is for you.

      Inconvénients

      - Information overload. Felt like working full time in part-time hours. They will not increase hours in this "trial" period. - No proper turnover of the job. It's overwhelming. - Pay is a little low for the "Specialist" tag. Also, they already set that rate prior hiring. No haggling.

      Will match you with a great client, BUT the agency is not great at all,

      Inconvénients

      They lack structure. Poor manpower pooling, poor matching with skills to positions, no training, and they will take 70% cut of your pay. No proper turnover, which is why VAs ghost you.
