      Chez Cooper, votre famille et c'est ainsi que vous êtes traité le jour de votre anniversaire. Vous recevez un enregistrement vocal personnel de Darryl Cooper envoyé chez vous. Lorsque vous le recevez, vous vous sentez plus qu'un membre de la famille, vous vous sentez apprécié et cela signifie beaucoup. Les avantages sont également excellents. C'est un excellent endroit pour travailler. Il existe également des possibilités de se déplacer dans l'entreprise, dans différents endroits ou même dans différentes provinces. Je recommande Cooper à tous ceux qui cherchent à construire une carrière incroyable.

      Inconvénients

      Je n'en ai pas, mais j'aimerais que ce soit un régime de retraite plutôt qu'un REER. Je n'en sais tout simplement pas assez pour comprendre l'un ou l'autre.

      Avantages

      - great working environment depending on the department - friendly family like staff - helpful through out branches

      Inconvénients

      -horrible management. Manager doesnt help at all. Allows you to fail and doesn't take the time to see to it you succeed and leaves it to the regional manager who only shows up once a week and talks on the phone the entire time and just wonders the shop! - no room for growth within the organization -over worked. underpaid - the gossip is abusive

      Very understanding and supportive. Willing to help you project your career in the right direction.

      Inconvénients

      Days are very fast paced and very demanding. Sometimes lack of communication can cause more issues.
