Goals are set and then promptly abandoned over and over and over again - Short-sighted. Focused on one-off solutions and customer-specific hacks in the name of bolstering Sales instead of addressing core problems in the product being sold - Oppressive micromanagement for internal application users - A faceless executive tier who are completely detached from and unconcerned with the lowly minions who enable their passive income - One or two company-wide meetings every year filled with disingenuous motivational regurgitations and corpo buzzwords - Quick to fire employees instead of working things out with them, a clear indicator that we are liabilities, not assets
